Our local tailors handcraft your dress
Your dress is tailor-made from scratch. Our independent local tailors only make your dress only after receiving your order and measurements. You can also get to know your tailor in our tailor profile.

Quality control and delivery

Perfect Fit Guarantee
In very rare cases where you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer the Perfect Fit Guarantee! With this service, you can use one of the three options:
Option 1: Alternations
If you dress only requires a few adjustments to fit you perfectly, take it to a local tailor. We will pay up to 25% of the dress's full price.
Option 2: Remakes
Is your dress unalterable? No problem. We will remake it for you.
Option 3: Refund
We will give you a full refund and pay for the return shipping.
Shipping Policy
You can choose between the following shipping options at check-out:
Option 1: Free standard shipping:
You will receive your dress 13 - 17 business days from the time you make the purchase and provide your measurements.

Option 1: Express shipping:
Expedited shipping is available for a flat rate of USD15 per order. You will receive your dress within 5-8 business days from the time you provide your measurements. The USD15 shipping fee is waived if your order is above USD100.
