Are the dresses tailored to my exact measurements?
Yes, all our dresses are handmade from scratch to fit each customer's unique body shape and size. Our tailors use chalk to mark your measurements on each piece of fabric before cutting. ​Your dress will fit you like a glove!

Where do I provide my measurements
You can input your measurements after selecting the product. You will also need to upload a picture of your body before checking out.
Can I measure myself without external help?
For the most accurate results, we recommend that you ask a friend to help measure your body.

Can I get measured by a local tailor?
Absolutely! If you would like your measurements to be taken by a professional, you can go to any tailor and get measured.
However, it is very important that your tailor follows specifically the instructions in our video. Different tailors often have different ways of taking measurements.
Do you offer standard sizes?
We don't offer standard sizes as we truly believe that a dress should be made to fit your unique body, not the other way around.

Your tailored dress will fit you much better than your standard-sized dresses.
What if I make a mistake while taking my measurements?
Please rest assured that we have a strict quality control process in place to ensure that a mistake doesn't happen. Our measuring guide video is very easy to understand and we also offer free video consultation to help you get measured. Once we receive your measurements, our quality control team and tailors also check your measurements for accuracy before working on your dress.

In the rare event that you make a mistake and our tailors can’t detect it, your dress will be tailored using that inaccurate information, so it will not fit you properly.

Therefore, we created our “Perfect Fit Guarantee” to make sure that you have the perfect dress. If your dress only requires a few adjustments to fit you perfectly, you can bring it to a local tailor and we will reimburse up to 25% of the dress's full price. In case the dress is unalterable, we will make a new dress for you, correcting the measurement mistake.

Shipping or Delivery
What countries do you ship to?
We currently only ship to United States but will expand our offer to other countries in early 2021.
What is your delivery time?
We offer two shipping options:
1. Free standard shipping: It takes 13 - 17 business days for the dress to arrive at your door from the time you make the purchase and provide the measurements.

2. Express shipping: Expedited shipping is available for a flat rate of USD15 per order. You will receive your dress within 5-8 business days from the time you provide your measurements. The USD15 shipping fee is waived if your order is above USD100.
Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free shipping for all the orders that use standard shipping (13-17 business days from the time of purchase).
If you would like express delivery (5 - 8 business days from the time of purchase), the shipping cost is USD15 per order. You get free express delivery if your order is more than USD100.
Fabrics
Can you send fabric samples?
Yes, you can order almost any fabric sample here: Fabric Samples.
We can only send fabrics samples via standard mail, hence it takes around 10 - 15 business days to arrive at your door. The estimated shipping cost is USD8.
Can I send my own fabric so that Befits make my dress with it?
Unfortunately, we can not work with fabrics provided by customers. Our tailors only make dresses from fabrics available on our website.

We encourage you to check out our fabric collection. You may find the fabric you are looking for! You can also order fabric samples so that you can see and touch the fabric before placing an order.
I still have doubts about the product
What if the dress I receive doesn't fit me or I don't like the fabric?
Your satisfaction is the DNA of our company. Hence, we want you to feel confident before making the purchase. We have a rigorous quality control process to make sure every dress meet the highest quality standards. In very rare cases where you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer the Perfect Fit Guarantee! With this service, you can use one of the three options:

1. If your dress only requires a few adjustments to fit you perfectly, we advise you to visit a local tailor, and we will cover the alteration cost (up to 25% of the dress's full price).
2. If the dress can't be altered, we'll pay for the return shipping and make a new one for you.

3. We will give you a full refund and pay for the return shipping.

Do you have physical stores?
We don't have any physical store, which allows us to offer competitive prices for tailored dresses.

If you are concerned about not being able to see and touch our fabrics, we encourage you to order fabric samples. If you have concerns about getting measured, you can refer to our quick an easy measuring guide. We have a strict quality control process in place to make sure your dress fits you perfectly. In rare cases where you are not happy with the dress, we offer Perfect Fit Guarantee to make sure you have a perfect dress.
Is Befits a sustainable fashion brand?
Sustainability is the core mission of our company. We truly believe that people should wear less but better quality clothes. Our dress is only made once the order is made so there is no fashion waste.

Our dresses are ethically made by independent local tailors, who own their tailor shops in Vietnam. Instead of being paid a minimum wage like garment workers in big factories, they are paid 17-20% of the full cost of each dress. You are improving the lives of women tailors in Vietnam and supporting sustainable practices with each dress you purchase!

Who makes my dress?
Your dress is made by independent local tailors in Vietnam, who own their tailor shops! Under each product, you are able to see their profile and stories. We want to offer you an opportunity to know who makes your dress :)
Will I be able to see my dress before it is shipped?
Yes, indeed! For each order, we offer you the unique opportunity to see your dress once it is completed by your tailor. Once you are happy with the dress, we will proceed with shipping it to your door :)
