In very rare cases where you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer the Perfect Fit Guarantee program. With this service, you can use one of the three options:

Alternations

 If you only need a few adjustments for the dress to fit you perfectly, take it to a local tailor. We will reimburse this expense up to 25% of the value of the dress.

Step 1 - Local tailor:  Take your dress to your local tailor within 7 days from receiving your dress.

Step 2 - Invoice: Ask your tailor for an invoice and a short description of the adjustments applied to your dress.

Step 3 - Open support ticket: Go to Support Ticket, providing the description and attach the invoice.

Step 4 - Refund: Befits will refund your expense within 3-4 days.

Remakes

In rare cases where your dress cannot be altered, we will make a new one for you.

Step 1 - Open support ticket: Open a Support Ticket  and describe the issue as accurately as possible. 

Step 2 - Verification: Our quality control will contact you within the next 24-48 hours to verify your case.

Step 3 - Remake: We will proceed and make you a new dress. We will also pay for the return shipping.
